Our exclusive 5 bed and 3.5 bath villa offers spacious accommodation for 10 people and includes:-

These bedrooms described above are located on the ground floor.
** 2 children’s themed bedrooms are located upstairs with a convenient full bathroom in between.
** A half bath is located downstairs beside the games room.

The spacious fully fitted kitchen offers modern stainless steel kitchen appliances including oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and is fully stocked with all required culinary tools and utensils. It has a breakfast bar with seating and opens into the bright dining area and adjacent laundry room featuring washer and dryer and then onto the spacious, open plan living area. Living area features a large leather sofa and flat screen TV.
Patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom lead onto the southwest facing pool deck and spacious lanai for alfresco dining and the enjoyment of the Florida sunshine.
Our home features air conditioning and heating and offers WiFi throughout and flat screen TVs with cable in every bedroom and lounge area.
The resort Clubhouse is a stone's throw from our home and offers a cinema, gym, family arcade, Tiki bar, Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts among many more features. There is a convenience store located within the clubhouse and services offered to guests include a Travel Shop offering park tickets, car hire, shuttle services to the attractions etc.
For the golf enthusiast, Windsor Palms Resort is located next to Mystic Dunes golf course with many other golf clubs within a short drive. The US192 is a 2-minute drive away where you will find many varied eateries and local shops and supermarkets.
