This was a great place to stay for our group of 10 (3 children). The pool was a MUST when booking and lived up to our expectations. It was close to most of the things we wanted to do in Orlando and having a sunpass on our rentals proved most efficient.

We stayed at Eileen’s place for 4 nights for a Disney trip, it was super close (about 15-20 minutes). Eileen was super responsive, check in was good and the instructions for check in were clear and easy to get. The instructions for the house are super clear and the house is as the pictures described, we really enjoyed our trip and it was nice and quiet but close to things to do! Definitely would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Place was everything we hoped it would be. Convenient to all the Disney attractions, restaurants and grocery shopping. Eileen always responded to my emails immediately. There were 9 of us…plenty of room and space for all of us. The “game room” was a huge hit for the grandchildren. We had the pool heated which was wonderful..perfect temperature. Would recommend this home and Eileen to anyone👍

The house is in a great location. Stores nearby as well as Disney parks. The house is spacious where you can cook, take a swim in the pool, enjoy games and tv. Host is fast in responding to messages. Definitely a place to book!

This is a perfectly located house. Near Disney, universal and Sea world. We were going to the convention center and it was close to there as well. Everyone was comfortable in the rooms and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The pool was perfect at the house and a quick walk across the street was the club house and amenities!

Perfect location! Great clubhouse and amenitities. Easily went to all Disney has to offer and old town in less than 20 minutes. Was able to still have fun and relax at the house with the kids. There was a fun splash pad literally a 2 minute walk away with pool and bar. The host was super responsive and helped us with anything with need and provided tips. Adorable princess and Star Wars rooms upstairs. The kids had a blast!!

We had a great stay at Eileen's place with our group of 6. Everything was as described. We were able to travel easily back and forth to the Disney parks each day.
Eileen was quick to respond to questions, before our trip and during.
Be sure to read closely about the self catering accommodation, especially if you have experienced airbnb stays where things like shampoo are supplied. Eileen lists specifically what is provided and depending on your length of stay and group size, you'll likely need to provide some things yourself. There is a Walmart very nearby if needed, or for groceries.
Overall, we give 5 stars to our stay and would highly recommend this home!

Eileen is an excellent host. She responds right away. The location is perfect, minutes from I-4, right off of 192. The house is beautiful and fits 10 people comfortably but only allows up to 5 cars. Overall good experience for my first time ABnB rental.

The location is great as it relates to the distance to the amusement park, cost of the home is very budget friendly. The check in is very easy and I love the fact that it's in a gated community. Very convienant location for shopping and dining out.

Family had a blast! Eileen made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a great vacation! House was comfy and had everything you needed! Had a little trouble with the A/C the first night when arriving but they sent someone to fix it first thing in the morning and had cold A/C by the afternoon!! Felt amazing during the hot wave Florida was going through that week! She even provided a pack n’ play for my little one which helped a lot! She has a binder manual filled with all the info about the resort, tips, additional services and things to do around the area! We are so glad to pick this beautiful house for our family vacation! The resort itself is very beautiful with many activities for you to do also like play tennis, arcade, or a drink from the tiki bar! The private pool, pool table and air hockey table is a bonus! Overall, we would vacation here again!! Thank you for letting us borrow your home!

Wow! We really enjoyed Eileens place! We stayed there with 14 people and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and in a great location! Just minutes from both Disney and Walmart for grocery shopping.The house had both nice and plastic dish sets for if your having adults vs kids which is nice because there was 8 kids in our group so less chances of breaking things is a plus. They had 2 pack n plays set up for my brothers twins when we got there which helped as did the highchair! The rooms were very nice as well, very comfortable. Washer/dryer was large capacity which again, big bonus.We had the pool heated and grill delivered and it was all amazing. One day the kids swam for nearly 7 hours straight. We ended up buying a bunch of pool noodles and floats and left them there for the next group to also enjoy.My family also loved the clubhouse and amenities. The pool there is very big and the splash pad is great for the littles. We had a little issue with the ac but we had someone at the property within 30 minutes and the issue was fixed (not the host or houses fault). We loved our stay so much that we already booked another trip for my daughter sweet 16 before we had even left. Highly recommend.

Fantastically on point. Eileen’s a great hostess. Everything was as described. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available. We had a great stay at Eileen’s villa! The home was exactly as described; spacious, great kitchen, pool, bedrooms (super comfortable beds) and perfect location. With only one neighbor it was pretty quiet as well.Besides the Villa, working with Eileen was a joy. She is very quick to respond to messages and quickly was able to resolve the small issues that we had.The Villa’s location made it very easy to go to Universal Studios and even a day trip to the Gulf.Do not hesitate to book this home! We are already looking to book again for next year!

When I tell you I was beyond amazed when it comes to this house. It was even better in person!!! Pictures don't lie lol. It was clean, veryyy spacious. Beds were comfortable and you don't get that everywhere. It was enough space for my husband my 3 boys and I to sleep separate and my girlfriend, her husband and 4 kids to sleep separate. There was a pool,game room and tv in each area of the home. The central air was a great necessity when visiting Florida. I will definitely stay again!

This home is very welcoming and spacious, we had a family of 9 with plenty of room for everyone/everything. The kids had a blast staying here with the pool and they really enjoyed the air hockey table. Super close to the clubhouse which was very convenient for us.
